We have been selling magazines since 1980. We were one of the
first to offer our magazines over the internet, and have been
selling magazine subscriptions on the internet for over 10 years.
In addition, we work with scores of schools and libraries,
businesses of all sorts, and membership associations throughout
the United States with a combined membership in excess of five
hundred thousand members.Top

3. How can I place an order?
Orders
can be placed online 24/7 using our secure shopping cart.
Orders can be faxed to us at 954-747-7189.

and a representative will assist you in placing your order.
Lastly, orders can be mailed to us.
If you send us your order by mail, make sure you include either
a check or money order, or credit card information,
including your credit card number and expiration date.
You can write your order on a plain piece of paper.

NO! The price shown is the
total amount you pay for the
subscription. There are no other charges, such as shipping and

6. When will my credit card be charged for the order?
When we receive your order we quickly submit it to our clearing
house for processing. Because they require that we send our
payment along with the order, we must charge your credit card

Yes. If you are mailing in your order to us, we do accept checks

8. How long do magazines take to start?
We advise all our customers to allow 6-12 weeks for magazines
to begin, Generally, weekly magazines start sooner than monthly
subscriptions, and bimonthly take slightly longer. This is
standard for the industry and the time period will be the same
regardless of where you place your order .Top
9. Do you give my personal information to anybody else?
Unlike many other companies, we do not sell our mailing list.

10. Am I entitled to a FREE magazine?
For every two magazines that you order, you are entitled to one
FREE magazine. The FREE magazine must be chosen from our FREE
list, which currently has over 75 magazines. If you order
4 magazines you can pick 2 free ones, order 6 magazines and
get 3 free ones, and so on.Top
11. Can the FREE magazine be used if it is for a renewal?
Yes. The free magazine can either be a new subscription for you,
or you can use it to renew one you already have.Top
12. How do I indicate my FREE selection(s)?
Choose your FREE magazine(s) and add them to the shopping
cart after you have selected your paid subscriptions. Top
13. Can I send the FREE magazine to someone else?
Yes. The free magazine is yours to send to whomever you want
to or it can go to you.Top
14. What if I have a problem with my magazine?
If you do not receive your magazine within the specified time period,
email us and we will resolve the problem.
If you do not get an issue you are supposed to, or the magazine comes
in damaged, you should call the publisher's toll free customer service
number and report the problem directly to them.
You can check the magazine for the toll free customer service
number or email us for it.

15. Do you send out the magazines?
No. We are subscription agents, responsible for obtaining
magazine subscription orders. We submit our orders to various
clearing houses, which in turn submit the orders to the publishers.
The publisher is responsible for sending out the magazine to you.Top
16. What is your cancellation/refund policy?
All orders are fully refundable as long as the cancellation request is received within 72 hours from the time the order is placed. After that, cancellations will not be accepted. The reason for this is in order to get the lowest prices, we have to send our orders to a clearinghouse and we have to pay for those orders right away. We submit your order promptly and once submitted, we cannot obtain a refund. We can only refund you for an order if you have not received the magazine after 14 weeks from placing the order and the order is not on the publishers system at that time

17. Can I renew magazines through your company?
Yes. Not only do we handle new orders, any magazine subscription
shown on our website can be renewed with us. When ordering, tell
us the magazine is a renewal, and whenever possible, give us the
expiration date of the current subscription.Top
18. Do you automatically renew my subscriptions?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! Unless we hear from you, we will never
automatically renew your subscription as some publishers
are currently doing. You must tell us that you want to
renew and place a new order with us.Top
19. Will you contact me before the expiration
date to find out if I want to renew?
Yes. This is one reason we take your telephone number. We will
try to contact you by telephone approximately 4 to 5 months
before your subscription expires to find out if you want to
renew it. If we cannot reach you by phone, we will send you
out a renewal notice. If however, you do not hear from us
within this time period, contact us if you wish to renew
the magazine or subscribe to another magazine.Top
20. How soon should I renew my subscriptions
with your company?
Since magazines can take 8-12 weeks to start, you should renew
your subscriptions at least 12 weeks prior to their expiration
date. This will guarantee that you will not have a lapse in your
subscription. In the event of a lapse, once the new subscription
picks up, you will receive the full length of the subscription.Top
21. Can I send magazines to someone else?
Yes. You can send magazines to anyone you choose, as long as
they live in the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and
Puerto Rico) Sorry, no orders outside the United States can
be processed, except for a handful of magazines that can be
sent to Canada (see item #22 below).
If you are sending the magazine as a gift and
want us to send a gift card, free of charge, just let us know
when you fill out the order on our shopping cart.Top
22. Do you ship magazines outside the United States?
No. At the present time, we cannot ship magazines outside the
United States. We can ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
We do however ship a limited amount of magazines to Canada.
Magazines that say "For Canada Only" in the tiltle,
can be shipped to Canada

23. Do you carry any other magazines besides
the ones you show on your website?
Magazines are constantly changing and we are always adding
new magazines to our website. Occasionally, magazines
go out of business. If you do not see the magazine you are
interested in, email us. We will let you know if it is available

24. What if I need to change my mailing address?
If you are already receiving the magazine, you need to call the
publisher. Most publishers
have a toll free customer service
number
listed in their magazine. If you cannot find it, Contact us.
If you are not yet getting the magazine,

25. How do I find a specific magazine?
A search box is available at the top of every page throughout
our website. You must enter the correct spelling of each word
in the title. You do not need to type in each word of the
title. A search will come back of all magazine titles with
whatever words you have indicated in your search. You may
also browse for a magazine by category. Or, you can find
the magazine you are looking for by clicking onto our
alphabetical list of magazine titles.Top
26. How do I place a gift order?
During the checkout process, you will be able to set your gift
options for each item you order. If a subscription is a gift,
check the gift box and enter a brief message that will appear
on the recipient's gift announcement
card, if you want to have

No. Gift cards are sent free of charge, but they must be requested

28. When will the recipient receive the gift card?
All gift cards are mailed out within a day or two of your order,
unless you indicate to us a specific date you would like us to

When you use our shopping cart to place an order, we ask for your
email address so we can send you an electronic acknowledgement
via your email account. You can also print a copy of your order
