Send us the name of each magazine you wish to
order and the number of issues.
Include the name and address of the person you wish to
send the magazine to.
If you are sending the magazine as a gift, tell us if
you would like us to send one of
our personalized giftcards to the person receiving the magazine.
Tell us
how you would like the card signed.
If you are renewing an existing subscription, tell us
the expiration date of the
present subscription. You
can usually find this out by looking directly on your
mailing address label on the cover of the magazine.
Print Neatly.
Don't forget to include your check payable to Discount
Magazine Publications.
If you are paying by credit
card, give us your credit card number and the
expiration date.
Upon receipt of your order, an
acknowledgement postcard will be mailed to you.
